Clinical Applications Analyst II
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of health system applications, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst II will configure, test, and provide tier-2 support for solutions aimed at enhancing quality and reducing medical expenses in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and perform daily monitoring of applications in production
- Lead software upgrade initiatives and enhancements, coordinating with various IT teams
- Assist junior team members and document workflows while maintaining requirements and specifications for applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
- Knowledge of Epic software and other clinical information systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve routine technology problems
- EPIC certification preferred
