Clinical Applications Analyst III

Job Summary

Providing expertise in evaluating and resolving complex technical issues, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst III will support outpatient applications and information solutions while working remotely, taking a lead role in projects and coaching peers to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for clinical applications, maintaining system updates and supporting operational end users
• Generate communication, process, and educational plans to facilitate change and minimize disruptions
• Participate in team and project meetings, providing input on solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience, or a high school diploma with nine years of related experience, or a Master's degree with three years of related experience in Information Systems or clinical settings
• Strong interpersonal, project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Application-specific certification(s) preferred
