Clinical Applications Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Clinical Applications Instructional Designer will develop and enhance training materials for clinical applications, collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements, and facilitate training sessions while ensuring content is current and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging technical education training content for various clinical applications
• Facilitate training sessions and administer end-user proficiency assessments
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement refresher training classes following system go-lives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Certification in Epic Systems applications strongly desired
• 2 - 4+ years of experience in a technical training capacity
• Experience in training clinical applications and healthcare settings
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and project management
