Clinical Applications Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Customer Success team, the remote Clinical Applications Specialist will manage the clinical success of new customers, lead onboarding and training for hospital and health system clients, and provide ongoing pharmacokinetic expertise to ensure effective use of InsightRX platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the clinical success of new InsightRX Nova and Apollo customers from contract signing through go-live and beyond
• Lead onboarding and formal training for new hospital and health system customers, managing timelines effectively
• Provide ongoing clinical support and contribute to hospital-level policy discussions to enhance customer engagement with the software

Required qualifications

• PharmD degree
• Genuine interest in pharmacokinetics with a willingness to develop expertise
• Demonstrated experience presenting to groups and communicating clearly under pressure
• Experience working independently across multiple stakeholders to see projects through to completion
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
