Clinical Applications Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team dedicated to revenue cycle and patient access systems, the full-time Clinical Applications Supervisor will manage operational delivery, provide staff supervision and coaching, and ensure high-quality support for application solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching to technical staff, setting and monitoring performance objectives
• Manage incident resolution and operational delivery against service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned applications
• Coordinate communication between the team and other IT groups, supporting workflow design and user satisfaction initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required, with 5 years of experience as an individual contributor or 3 years in a supervisory role in a health system
• Three years of progressive responsibility in clinical or business systems analysis within a professional applications management setting
• Experience in a healthcare provider setting is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Epic revenue cycle modules, including Prelude and Cadence
• Familiarity with current AI tools and techniques relevant to healthcare applications
