Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Applications Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical information technologies
• Research, analyze, and make recommendations for application workflow improvements
• Provide high-level customer service and support for clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a clinical field or three years of relevant clinical experience
• Previous experience in Information Technology is preferred
• Licensure or certification in a clinical field may be required based on location
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire
• EPIC application certification must be completed within six months of hire
