Clinical Applications Training Lead

Job Summary

To support the development and enhancement of enterprise-wide training programs, the fully remote Healthcare Digital Adoption Platform Clinical Applications Training Lead will guide the standardization of training initiatives for Clinical Applications and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), oversee a team of specialists, and ensure effective user proficiency across national operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital training modules and in-application guidance workflows for scalable virtual training programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics while overseeing onboarding and ongoing education initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to analyze and optimize workflows, serving as an escalation point for complex end-user support issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical informatics, instructional design, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of recent experience in a clinical application, EHR, or healthcare IT training role
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering virtual or digital training modules
• Hands-on experience with athenaOne EHR, including configuration and training, is strongly preferred
• Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
