Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Assistant to join their Senior Care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and direct incoming calls, faxes, and digital requests for Utilization Management and Care Management
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and claims while maintaining departmental goals
• Document and process authorization requests according to internal policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD-10, CPT, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
