Clinical Assistant

Job Summary

Providing essential support to various departments, the full-time Clinical Assistant I will deliver accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients, track cases through the lab, and assist internal teams with inquiries and workflow organization in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients, ensuring outstanding customer experience through effective follow-up
• Support internal teams by addressing and triaging clinical inquiries and requests appropriately
• Monitor and track cases through the lab and reporting processes, utilizing personal follow-up lists and team audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• General computer and Google Suite proficiency
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
