Clinical Assistant

Job Summary

Providing essential support to various departments, the full-time Clinical Assistant I will deliver accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients while organizing workflows and tracking cases throughout the lab and reporting process remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients while ensuring outstanding customer experience
• Support internal teams by addressing and triaging clinical inquiries and requests appropriately
• Monitor and track cases through the lab and reporting processes using follow-up lists and team audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• General computer and Google Suite proficiency
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
