Clinical Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Associate to support the design, implementation, and management of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials while ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations
• Coordinate study activities including site initiation, patient recruitment, and data collection
• Maintain comprehensive study documentation and support study close-out activities including data cleaning and report preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
