Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Associate to support customer success efforts for clinical AI products in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize specialized note and document templates for clinicians
• Transform clinical notes into compatible templates for the AI platform
• Write website content and create videos demonstrating template usage

Required Qualifications

• Native or fluent Japanese and fluent English language skills
• Early career experience in nursing, allied health, or mental health
• Availability of 30-38 hours per week, preferably full-time
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes quickly
• Prior knowledge of online content creation and basic coding is advantageous
