Clinical Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing digital health scale-up, the full-time Clinical Associate will ensure the accuracy of patient and customer data, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with various departments while working onsite in Atlanta.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure diagnostic imaging and reports match scheduled appointments in the database
- Maintain a 100% accuracy standard for all outgoing information and updates
- Communicate with clients and Radiology groups to manage requests and elevate report priorities
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures and workflows
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive data
- Familiarity with MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with clients
- Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve performance
