Clinical Bioanalysis Scientist

Job Summary

To oversee bioanalytical activities across clinical development programs, the full-time remote Clinical Bioanalysis Scientist will manage assay development, validation, and implementation while serving as a liaison between internal teams and external laboratory partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee assay development and routine sample preparation, extraction, and analysis using various analytical platforms
• Serve as the primary contact for CRO bioanalytical activities, including method transfer, troubleshooting, and data review
• Manage clinical bioanalysis-related regulatory submission activities and ensure timely completion of study deliverables

Required qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
• PhD with 0-2 years, MS with 3+ years, or BS with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation in academic or industry settings
• Familiarity with at least one biomarker platform such as PCR, Sequencing, or Flow Cytometry
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn new techniques
