Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Bioinformatics Scientist III to join their team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess the veracity of specific genetic variants in NGS or WGS data
• Review results from confirmatory assays to make final decisions on variant reporting
• Troubleshoot quality control anomalies and support production duties

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of genetics
• Experience with NGS data analysis in an academic or industry environment
• Familiarity with genome browsers and NGS tools
• Hands-on experience with NGS wet lab protocols
• Bachelor's degree in a biological field with four years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with two years of relevant experience
