Job Summary
To provide strategic, scientific, and operational leadership in clinical biomarker initiatives for solid tumor oncology programs, the full-time remote Clinical Biomarker Associate Director will manage global biomarker strategy, oversee assay development, and direct data analysis to inform clinical trial advancement.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the global clinical biomarker strategy for solid tumor oncology, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Oversee biomarker assay development and validation, ensuring readiness for regulatory and clinical decision points
- Direct comprehensive analysis of biomarker data to inform go/no-go decisions and trial advancement
Required qualifications:
- PhD or MD/PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings focused on biomarker science in oncology
- Deep expertise in biomarker discovery, clinical assay development, and validation
- Demonstrated leadership in translational medicine with a track record of successful biomarker strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional and cross-institutional teams
- Mandarin language proficiency is required
