Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business System Adoption Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing materials aligned with GDO/R&D business priorities
• Support the Business System Owner in user adoption through material development and change management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance system readiness analyses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management
• 3+ years of experience in the life sciences, preferably in clinical trial management/operations
• Experience with EDC and clinical trial operational systems is a plus
• Proven ability to navigate complex issues in a matrixed environment
