Job Summary

To support compliance and operational excellence, the full-time Manager of Clinical Business Operations will oversee non-clinical operations in Utilization Management, ensuring alignment with CMS and NYSDOH requirements while guiding staff performance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor non-clinical productivity and deliverables to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and update policies, communicating operational impacts to stakeholders
• Identify operational risks and partner on mitigation plans while supporting departmental initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Utilization Management or Managed Care with Medicare/Medicaid regulatory processes
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to analyze data and measure outcomes effectively
• Proficiency in computer/software applications; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Comfort in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
