Clinical Business Product Owner
Job Summary
To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time Sr. Clinical Business Product Owner will analyze business objectives, define product requirements, and oversee the end-to-end product strategy in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex business system issues to develop process improvement recommendations
- Lead meetings to identify issues, propose solutions, and communicate product objectives effectively
- Collaborate with technical teams to build and prioritize a backlog of product features, ensuring alignment with the product vision
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience
- Experience with UM authorization workflows and clinical guidelines
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across clinical, compliance, and technology teams
- Preferred experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach
