Clinical Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Virtual Care Portfolio team, the contract Clinical Business Systems Analyst will work remotely during CST business hours to analyze user requirements, enhance existing systems, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and domain owners
• Complete and maintain initial scoping artifacts and manage idea records through the demand lifecycle
• Extract data from ServiceNow and maintain reporting dashboards using Smartsheet and Google Sheets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ years of experience in clinical systems analysis or a related role
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including advanced functions in Google Sheets
• Experience with ServiceNow and ability to manage data extraction
• Clear understanding of healthcare applications and terminology
