Clinical Call Representative

Job Summary

Working full-time during the first shift, the Clinical Call Representative will manage incoming clinical calls from patients and various healthcare stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and documentation while adhering to compliance standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming clinical calls, addressing patient concerns and relaying information to clinic staff as needed
• Provide accurate documentation and utilize clinical and administrative computer programs for patient and physician information
• Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve departmental quality assurance and customer service standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-5 years preferred
