• Proactively reschedule patient appointments and optimize clinical capacity
• Analyze demand trends and forecast workforce needs for provider recruitment

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in operations, workforce planning, or healthcare scheduling
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
• Ability to interact directly with patients effectively
• Experience in telehealth or multi-state operations is preferred
