Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Care Advance Configuration Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, perform analysis, and develop configuration design
• Manage complex system configuration and conduct advanced root cause analysis
• Interface and collaborate with peers and management to support configuration management best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Configuration, Claims, or Operations department within a healthcare organization
• 2 to 5 years of experience with clinical and care management systems
• Advanced knowledge of health plan configuration and industry care guidelines
• Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to manage projects independently
