Clinical Care Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Clinical Care Configuration Analyst will analyze, design, and maintain the Clinical Care Advance system, serving as a subject matter expert to resolve configuration issues and recommend improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, perform analysis, and develop configuration designs to meet business needs
• Manage complex system configurations, facilitate production controls, and conduct advanced root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with peers and management to support configuration management best practices and represent the team on internal and external committees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Configuration, Claims, or Operations department within a healthcare organization
• 2 to 5 years of experience with clinical and care management systems, specifically the CareAdvance Enterprise Application
• Advanced knowledge of health plan configuration and industry care guidelines, such as Milliman Care Guidelines
• Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
