Job Summary

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-touch patient navigation program, the full-time remote Clinical Care Manager will manage a team of Clinical Care Counselors, ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience while providing direct support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of genetic counselors and nurse navigators delivering patient-facing services
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight to drive high performance and development
• Ensure accurate and empathetic patient counseling while overseeing coordination of patient care pathways

Required qualifications

• Clinical background (Genetic Counselor, RN, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience
• 2-5 years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system
