Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Central Services and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a team to support clinical services and capabilities
• Manage the implementation and scale-up of clinical services per strategy
• Ensure effective decision-making and maintain a state of inspection readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in clinical drug development
• Strong working knowledge of GxP regulations (GMPs, GDPs, GCPs)
• Experience in supervision, coaching, or mentoring others
• Cross-functional experience in clinical capabilities, clinical research, or related areas
