Clinical Client Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Manager I - Clinical (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service activities to support client relationships and implement new programs
• Act as the primary contact and advocate for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
• Lead the implementation process for low to medium complexity programs and maintain documentation of client interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if relying on experience
• Minimum two years of experience in client, account, or project management roles
• Experience with managed health care plans (HMO, PPO, POS) preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, with experience in database management and spreadsheet creation
