Clinical Coding Training Specialist

Job Summary

Delivering comprehensive training on the Reveleer platform, the full-time Customer Training Specialist will facilitate live virtual and in-person sessions focused on clinical coding, data retrieval, and analytics while collaborating with various teams to ensure training materials are current and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate live virtual training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching tailored to customer needs
• Develop and update training materials in collaboration with Learning and Development and Product teams
• Gather feedback and analyze performance data to continuously improve training content and delivery methods

Required Qualifications

• Current or recent clinical coding certification (CPC, RHIT, or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of hands-on clinical coding experience with strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with virtual training tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and identify trends
