Clinical Communication Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PRN Clinical Communication Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve problems for patients, referring physicians, technologists, and radiologists
• Facilitate call patching between referring physicians and radiologists to ensure smooth communication
• Communicate STAT reads and pertinent positives to referring physicians on behalf of radiologists

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Radiology technology experience
• Previous experience with EMR and PACS systems is required
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
