A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the clinical compensation administration function from contracting to gross pay calculations
• Design, implement, and administer the company's clinical compensation system and tools
• Develop and manage market competitive compensation frameworks for clinical roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 3+ years supporting clinical or healthcare roles
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, labor market dynamics, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
• Deep knowledge of healthcare compensation models and clinical labor markets
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation modeling and large scale data analysis
