Job Summary
To support the Clinical Quality Administration department, the full-time remote Clinical Compliance Associate Manager will coordinate processes, manage the practitioner scope-of-practice database, and provide cross-functional support for clinician management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing Clinical Quality Administration functions and ensure project accuracy and productivity
- Research clinical issues and regulatory language, and draft memos for internal committees
- Serve as a resource for compliance inquiries and support the development of quality improvement studies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's in Health Care Policy or Administration preferred
- 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or compliance required
- Experience with utilization management review or scope of practice review required
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD, and HCPC coding preferred
- Valid clinical license (e.g., RN, MD, PT) preferred
