Clinical Concierge

Job Summary

To support psychiatrists and mental health clinicians, the part-time Clinical Concierge will manage onboarding calls via Microsoft Teams, follow up on early Assess reports, and assist users in maximizing their experience with the platform while maintaining a warm and supportive presence.

Key responsibilities

• Run short onboarding calls to welcome new users and guide them through the Assess platform
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure users are receiving value from Assess and address any concerns
• Provide light inbound call coverage, assisting with basic inquiries and ensuring a positive user experience

Required qualifications

• Background in nursing, psychology, social work, behavioral health, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare customer success or practice administration is advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians in a professional manner
• Comfortable with video calls and basic software tools, including Microsoft Teams
• Availability for a consistent 4-hour coverage window during US afternoon hours
