Clinical Contract Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end study-level contracting execution for complex clinical vendor categories, the full-time Clinical Contract Manager will manage vendor budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance while working remotely during EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the specification intake process with Clinical Trial Leads and Study Teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with operational requirements
• Negotiate and finalize Statements of Work, amendments, and contracts while adhering to established Master Service Agreements
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and support audit readiness through accurate documentation and commercial rationale

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or legal background is a plus
• 5-7 years of procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience in biotech/pharma or regulated industries
• Demonstrated experience managing complex clinical vendor categories such as CROs and central labs
• Strong expertise in specification development and vendor budget modeling
• Proven ability to negotiate within established MSA frameworks and manage multiple contracts concurrently
