Clinical Contracts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Contracts Analyst to manage and execute clinical agreements remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Master Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), and other related contractual documents
• Develop study-specific budgets and negotiate site budgets and contracts
• Accurately forecast contract execution timelines and communicate issues to the Study Lead as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the sciences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with clinical research processes and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of compliance, ethics, and accountability
• Experience in managing and negotiating clinical contracts
