Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute clinical site contracts and budgets
• Track contract progression and manage amendments throughout the study lifecycle
• Support resolution of contract and budget issues and maintain appropriate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in clinical site contracting and budget negotiation
• Familiarity with clinical trial agreements and service agreements
• Proficiency in contract management systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines related to clinical contracts
