Clinical Contracts Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage clinical site contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Track contract progression and manage amendments or terminations throughout the study lifecycle
• Support resolution of contract and budget issues and maintain documentation in appropriate systems

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree OR Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience OR Associates degree with 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Recent contract and budget negotiation experience in a clinical trial setting within the last 3 years
• Active involvement in negotiation of various contract types (CTA, CDA, Master Agreements, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
