Clinical Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Contracts Specialist to support the review, negotiation, and execution of contracts across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal staff to identify and address key legal issues for business teams
• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate various clinical-related contracts
• Liaise between internal business units and external parties to address legal and contractual matters efficiently

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to a US state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a major law firm or in-house with a pharmaceutical or healthcare company
• At least 2+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements
• Knowledge of regulations and statutes impacting pharmaceutical research and development contracts
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Access
