Clinical Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

To support clinical trial operations, the part-time Clinical Contracts Specialist will independently manage the strategic development, negotiation, execution, and oversight of clinical trial agreements and budgets in a remote capacity from July 2026 to December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end contracting process for clinical trial agreements, including negotiations of complex contractual terms and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, timely study startup, and accurate budget management
• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary escalation point for site contracts and budgets, addressing complex issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical contracting and negotiations, particularly with clinical trial agreements
• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex CTAs and budgets within Fair Market Value parameters
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, budgeting, and payment workflows
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and FDA standards
