Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to support their team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the mental health care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate internal communications and assist with onboarding new team members
• Establish and maintain efficient electronic filing systems and handle customer service correspondence

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of remote administrative or operational experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
• Healthcare experience is required
• Availability to work full-time and overlap with US ET for the majority of the workday
• A device to work on, a dedicated space to work in your home, and a high-speed internet connection
• Passion for mental health and the mission of the startup
