Clinical Coordinator Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Coordinator Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for RISK files, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of home health services and medical supplies
• Collaborate with Network Managers and vendor agencies to maintain compliance and resolve issues related to home health services
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality of all data, including Protected Health Information (PHI)

Required Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Worker's Compensation or healthcare
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Knowledge of injured workers' rights and healthcare documentation
• Proficiency with healthcare systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage complex Home Health cases independently
