Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Coordinator, Flex Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for members and providers regarding appointments and care coordination
• Coordinate and schedule nurse case management activities and manage appointment logistics
• Support accurate documentation and maintain awareness of regulatory scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
• Equivalent healthcare or care coordination experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling or care management support
• Experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams is preferred
• Familiarity with care management or utilization management systems is a plus
