Clinical Coordinator, Nursing

Job Summary

Responsible for securing and evaluating clinical sites for the School of Nursing, the full-time Clinical Coordinator will manage relationships with healthcare facilities, support student clinical placements, and assist with curriculum data collection in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to ensure quality clinical experiences that support the nursing curriculum
• Assist students with clinical attendance requirements and monitor clinical partnership agreements for uninterrupted access to sites
• Collaborate with the Dean of Nursing on data collection related to student learning outcomes from clinical experiences

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Sales Force preferred
• Highly organized and focused with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
