Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Correspondence Writer/Editor-4.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and edit Utilization Management (UM) adverse determination letters and Care Management (CM) Person Center Service Plan (PCSP) letters
  • Audit member and provider correspondence for compliance with State and Federal regulations
  • Collaborate with care managers and leadership team to ensure regulatory-mandated notices are accurate

Required Qualifications:
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Work experience in healthcare
  • Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations
  • Experience in Utilization Management and managed care processes
  • Associate's degree in related allied health care field preferred
