Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Onboarding & Credentialing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable operations to ensure timely and appropriate patient care
• Lead and optimize credentialing and licensure operations, including vendor partnerships
• Ensure compliance with NCQA and other regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in health tech
• Expertise in licensure and credentialing standards, and multi-state telehealth regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Operational and analytical mindset with a bias to action
