Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Clinical (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and record information in the Communication Log
• Provide member information using proprietary systems and manage call transfers as needed
• Document calls appropriately and attend meetings to foster teamwork

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center
• Basic computer skills
