Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to incoming calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans professionally and accurately
- Record information in proprietary systems and provide timely responses using appropriate resources
- Attend meetings and complete required training while maintaining compliance with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to utilize multiple systems during interactions
