Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans professionally and accurately
  • Record information in proprietary systems and provide timely responses using appropriate resources
  • Attend meetings and complete required training while maintaining compliance with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate required
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems during interactions
