Key Responsibilities

Abstract and code patient information from medical records for target registries
Ensure compliance with data quality standards, maintaining a 98% or higher IRR score
Work a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
Proficiency with EMR systems
Previous remote work experience preferred
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data abstraction
Must reside within the continental United States
