Key Responsibilities

Abstract and code patient information from medical records for various target registries
Maintain a high-level accuracy in data abstraction with a goal of 98% or higher IRR score
Work a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly, adhering to flexible scheduling

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
Proficiency with EMR systems
Previous remote work experience preferred
Ability to maintain a 98% or higher IRR score
Availability for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly
