Job Summary

To analyze clinical data and identify trends, the full-time Clinical Data Abstractor Specialist will abstract and maintain comprehensive data from clinical records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately disseminates data from medical records in accordance with governing rules and protocols
• Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and timely submission
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and resolves clinical data discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• One year of experience in healthcare or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of workload
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Capable of completing certifications if required for specific abstractions
