Clinical Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Data Analyst to lead the generation of credible, clinically rigorous evidence demonstrating program effectiveness in improving member health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze clinical outcome studies related to weight loss, medication adherence, and safety patterns
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to evaluate treatment pathways and improve clinical protocols
• Produce documentation and outputs that meet clinical standards and support external scrutiny

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing clinical or healthcare outcomes data
• Experience with cohort-based analyses and longitudinal data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Hands-on experience with DBT and data modeling
• Familiarity with data reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker)
